This Privacy Policy applies to Remembered (Google Play package: com.gct.legacy), published by Geelong Cemeteries Trust, and the in-app service Virtual Memorial Australia (VMA). It explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use our mobile app and related services.

1) Information we collect

We use your information to authenticate access, provide core memorial features, moderate community content, improve app performance and reliability, enforce safety and access rules (including geofence/proximity logic), and provide user support.

3) Location data

Location is used to support cemetery-aware access and map experiences. We do not sell location data. If location permission is denied, some map and access features may be limited.

4) Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers needed to operate the app (for example cloud hosting, authentication, or storage), or when required by law.
